OUR JOURNEY SO FAR
Since our advent into the world of construction in the
year 2000, our journey has been more than just fascinating one.
After achieving the distinction of completing and delivering two projects on time, we turned our attention to expanding our manufacturing vertical. I this too, we found great success, as the business touched new heights, adding to our reputation and influence.
Few years later we returned to our core – construction and development. It was like continuing from where we le off. In fact, this time round we have been performing beyond expectations : creating benchmark projects, and completing them well before time.

What we do?
Over the Past 3 years we have been a pioneering force in Western suburbs of Mumbai to develop state of the art projects ranging in type of projects and size of projects.
We have been developing Layouts under Planning authorities like MCGM, MHADA & SPA Ranging from Construction area of 90000 Sq.ft. to 1500000 Sq.ft.
With one of its Kind facilities and amenities designed by our Recognized Consultants.
Our Work
Construction of yet another premium project called 'Pearl' started. As of today, the super structure is ready and possession is slated for November this year.
Maiden premium Tropical theme project called 'Ocean Breeze' launched. Set amidst lush green ambiance, the project overlooks the famous Pagoda in Goregaon.
Launched Borivali's most elite and luxurious project code named 'The Next Level'. Spread over 1500000 sq. ., the project offers next level lifestyle. In addition, also embarked on three more projects : Belmonte Corner (Borivali W), having construction area of approx. 95000 sq. ., and two MHADA projects each with construction area of 200000 sq. .
